Calendly takes the friction out of appointment scheduling and managing availability, especially when there's a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a contact cancels a Calendly event this integration will automatically add a note on the contact card in Zendesk Sell so you know about cancellations immediately and have a record of it.
