Overview

Warp Notes is a voice-first CRM for outside sales reps. A rep records a note in the parking lot after a call; Warp Notes transcribes it, writes a title, summary and action items, and identifies the company and the people involved.

This template logs every one of those notes in Salesforce:

  • Warp Notes posts a signed webhook the moment a note finishes processing.
  • A filter lets only real notes through, so tests never create records.
  • The contact is matched by email, the account by website domain or name, and the rep by their sign-in email.
  • A completed Task is created on the contact, related to the account and assigned to the rep, carrying the title, summary and action items.

You need a Warp Notes Business workspace (the 14-day trial counts) and a Salesforce edition with API access (Enterprise and up include it; Professional sells it as an add-on). Setup takes about ten minutes, and the full walkthrough with screenshots is at warpnotes.com/docs/crm-sync
