The amount of the bank entry.
Description of the bank entry.
The bank entry date, if left blank today's date will be used.
Bank Nominal Code
The nominal code of the bank account you would like to insert the entry into. Must be within the range (1200 to 1299), if left blank the default bank account will be assumed.
Additional notes relating to this bank entry.
The name of your client.. either a company name or the name of an individual if the client is not a company. QuickFile will match against any existing client records with the exact spelling or create a new one on the fly.
A description of the invoice, e.g. the items/services provided.
Total gross amount, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
The date the invoice was issued.
Invoice due date. If absent we'll apply the client default.
What status should we assign to the invoice on creation? If you assign PAID status you may also wish to send a "Paid Date" and "Bank Nominal Code" value.
If the invoice status is marked as PAID you can supply an optional Paid Date here, if left empty we will set the paid date to match the invoice issue date.
Bank Nominal Code
If the status of this invoice is set to PAID you can specify here the nominal code (1200-1299) for the bank account you would like the payment to be deposited. If not supplied the payment will be deposited to the default current account.
3 character currency ISO code (ISO 4217), e.g. GBP, EUR or USD.
The currency exchange rate when the invoice is denominated in a foreign currency.
Any additional notes for your invoice. You can use this as a catch-all for additional meta data.
Sales nominal code (4000-4999), if not provided this will default to 4000 (general sales).
Rate of VAT applied for VAT registered users. If not supplied and the account is VAT registered this will default to the standard UK rate of VAT.

This is the company name of your client. If the client is an individual you can map their full name to this field.

Client's 2 character country ISO code (ISO 3166-1). For example United Kingdom of Great Britain is "GB".
Client's postcode or zip code.
Your own internal client reference number.
If your client is VAT registered you can use this field to supply their VAT registration number.
Set to true/false to denote whether or not the client should be subject to the EC VAT reverse charge.
Should be supplied only with a first name, surname and email so that the contact number is appended to the client contact record.
A password for that the client can use to access their dedicated control panel. If not supplied a random GUID based password will be assigned.
