In PRINTgenie we store names as First and Last Name separately. If your source data provides name as "FULL NAME" then kindly use [Zapier Formatter](https://zapier.com/blog/zapier-formatter-guide/#split) to automatically split the name and insert it in PRINTgenie in required format.

We don’t always reference the recipients Last Name. It is not required. However, we suggest mapping it here just in case. If it is mapped here and not used on any correspondence, then it will not show. However if it is on any correspondence, and not mapped, it would look odd if left blank.

This is the Street Mailing Address. This is Street Address where we will Mail your Mailers. Usually it is the address of the Owner of the property.
In PRINTgenie we store the information in addresses separately. If your source data provides the entire address as one field, then kindly use [Zapier Formatter](https://zapier.com/blog/zapier-formatter-guide/#split) to automatically split the address into separate fields. *Note, Suite, APT can remain on the same line as the Street Address.

You can map state's full name for e.g. California or the state code CA. No other format is accepted.

This is the “Property” Street Address. This is the Property Street Address. This is the Address of the Property you are referencing in your correspondence.

Before setting this up kindly check all available Templates in your PRINTgenie account first. Do not forget to verify the Merge Tags used in the template that starts and ends with ##. You must ensure that you are providing all data through this ZAP as per the used ##Merge Tags## in the chosen template, otherwise the Merge Tag fields will be blank in the print.

*NOTE:
It is a good rule of thumb to Map each section as some or all of the following fields are used in your Mailers or Campaigns. Map them all just to be sure. We'll use the ones needed.

If your data file has only one address in your data file, map it to the “Mailing Address” only. We’ll append it to the Property Address automatically so it is not necessary to map.

If your data has two address in your data file - Map accordingly.
