  • Add new Magpi data to Google Sheets

    It's often useful to archive your form submissions into Google Sheets as a backup, or for other purposes. This integration saves each new Magpi data record, like each completed form, as a new row in a Google Sheet.

    Note: This Zapier integration doesn't import existing Magpi data records into your Google Sheet, only new records after you've set it up.

  • Send Twilio SMS messages from Magpi form submissions

    Staying on top of your form submissions as they come in is extremely important. Using this integration, you can automatically create and send SMS messages whenever Magpi data is submitted using the Twilio messaging service. The message can include all or part of the submitted data.

This integration automatically creates new Salesforce contact records using data collected in the field, whether by using a Magpi app or by SMS. You can select exactly which parts of the collected data get copied into the new Salesforce contact.

  • Create Google Calendar events from new Magpi data

    This integration allows you to create Google Calendar events from Magpi data submissions. This allows, for example, field staff to create appointments just by sending in a form (whether from the Magpi app, or by SMS). After you've set it up, each new record submitted to a form on Magpi will automatically be sent over to Google Calendar and used to create a calendar event so your schedule remains accurate.

    It's useful to copy your Magpi new data as a backup, or for other purposes, but doing so manually takes time. This integration can do that for you automatically: After being activated, it will save each new Magpi data record (i.e. each completed form) as a new row in a MySQL database, keeping them all safe and accessible.

    Note: This Zapier integration only inserts new MySQL rows from Magpi data records which are created after you've set it up.
