Google Forms can be handy to gather data from your clients, customers or contacts. You might also need an electronic or digital signature on a contract from your client. If that's the case you can now use Zapier to send a SignRequest and get a document (template) signed on every Google Forms submission!
Note: In order to email the SignRequest to the signer one of the fields / spreadsheet columns needs to hold the email address.
How this Google Forms-SignRequest integration works
- A new form response is submitted by your client; Google Forms adds the submitted form row in the linked Google Spreadsheet
