The source of the contact (e.g. whatsapp)

The identifier of the contact (e.g. phone number in WhatsApp)

A list of tags associated with the contact.

The custom fields associated to the contact (in `key`: `value` format).

The email of the agent assigned to the contact.

UUID of the team that you want to assign to a contact.

UUID of the channel that you want to use for handling communication. If not specified it will use the primary channel of the account.

The template UUID of the message (see all parameters [here](https://docs.callbell.eu/api/reference/messages_api/post_send_messages/#send-template-messages))

The value(s) which are going to replace the placeholders in the template. The order of values will replace. from left to right, eventual placeholders like `{{1}}`, `{{2}}` and so on.

The URL of the attachment (only required when type is not text).

The contact uuid of the contact in Callbell (e.g. `783610648f07429fb462be8940cc16a0`)

If `true` it will unassign the currently assigned agent from the contact.
