Add new Shopify customers as pending Trainerize clients

  1. When this happensStep 1: New Customer

  2. Then do thisStep 2: Create Client

Trainers or gyms that perform consultations before taking payment need a way to track prospects without necessarily committing to new customers. If you're getting those leads through Shopify, Zapier can bring them into Trainerize to prepare their profile automatically: Whenever you add a new customer to Shopify, they will be added to Trainerize as a client with a "pending" status. From there you can activate them later, after which they'll be emailed with setup instructions.

How this Shopify-Trainerize integration works

  1. A customer is added on Shopify
  2. Zapier adds the customer to Trainerize as a pending client.
