After winning any new deal, you would like to know how your customer experienced your company and your team. By asking for feedback via Ratecard after a deal is won in Salesforce, you can measure, compare and benchmark one of the most important steps within your sales process. This integration uses the opportunity stage "Closed Won" within your Salesforce account, and gives you the opportunity to send a personalised feedback request (and a reminder, if necessary) - immediately after the stage is changed, or with a delay that you set within Ratecard.
Note: You probably don't want to trigger a feedback request at exactly the moment where someone says "yes" to a deal, so it is recommended that you use the delay time within Ratecard to send out the request at the right and most suitable time.
