Unique identifier from the system supplying the lead.  This will prevent duplicates in The Genie and we will attempt to merge when the identifier exists in our system from a previous submission.

A general note about the lead interaction.

Tags are an advanced feature, The Genie will provide the relevant tags to be used if needed.

Identifies which site sent the traffic, and is a required parameter  **ex: UtmSource=Google**

Identifies what type of link was used, such as cost per click or email **ex: UtmMedium=cpc**

Identifies a specific product promotion or strategic campaign **ex: UtmCampaign=spring-sale**

Identifies search terms **ex: UtmTerm=running+shoes**

Identifies what specifically was clicked to bring the user to the site, such as a banner ad or a text link. It is often used for A/B testing and content-targeted ads.
**ex: UtmContent=logolink or UtmContent=textlink**

TheGenie Marketing Hub is a Real Estate Marketing Platform.

TheGenie Marketing Hub

Brivity's stored internal id of the primary agent. This is used for overriding the default setting that makes the primary agent the account owner.


This field is currently only for advanced users, or users comfortable using API endpoints to retrieve data.

This ID will be returned with a GET request to `https://secure.brivity.com/api/v2/roster`, supplying the following headers in the request (and replace the API key placeholder with your API key:

Specify whether the Lead is interested in Selling or Buying a home.

This is the first line of the address that will be associated with the lead. For example, a valid field might say '123 Main Street'.

The city that a lead resides in (associated with the street address). Brivity will try to select the appropriate city based on Locale, Postal code, and Street address if those fields are supplied.

If the city returned differs from what was supplied in this request, Brivity overrode the city because it found a more appropriate match for the address.

The locality to be saved with a lead's address. In the United States and Canada, this is a standard two letter state/province abbreviation.

The postal code associated with a lead's address.

The country for the address to be associated with the lead. For example, 'USA' is a valid field for leads created who have an address in the United States.

Comma delimited set of tags. e.g. Client, Sphere of influence, Friend of family.
