Clockify + CMap Software + Filter by Zapier

Create CMap timesheet entries against internal codes from non-billable Clockify time entries

Internal time matters too—admin, training, and business development shouldn't vanish from your utilisation picture. Whenever a new time entry is tracked in Clockify, this Zap checks the entry is non-billable, matches the user to CMap, converts the Clockify project name to your CMap internal code using a lookup table, and creates the timesheet entry against that internal code—no project or task needed.

*Important naming requirement: your Clockify project names for internal time MUST exactly match the internal code names in CMap (e.g. a Clockify project called "Admin" for a CMap Internal Code called "Admin"). The lookup table relies on this name to route each entry to the correct internal code, so any mismatch means the entry can't be booked.

Set your internal Clockify projects to non-billable by default, and fill in the lookup table once with your CMap internal code IDs. Pair with our billable-time template so every tracked hour lands in the right place in CMap.*
