Create CMap timesheet entries from new billable Clockify time entries

Keeping timesheets in two systems means double entry and missed hours. This Zap does it for you: whenever a new time entry is tracked in Clockify, it checks if the entry is marked billable, matches the Clockify user to their CMap user, finds the matching CMap project and budget task, and creates a timesheet entry in CMap with the date, hours, and notes—booked against the right project and task automatically.

Note: Your Clockify project names must be aligned with your CMap project codes/titles, and set client projects in Clockify to billable by default. Non-billable (internal) time is filtered out—pair this with our companion template to send that to CMap Internal Codes instead.
