BambooHR + CMap Software

Update CMap users for newly updated BambooHR employees

When someone's details change—a new job title, team, or office—outdated records in your project platform lead to confusion and misreporting. This integration keeps everything aligned: whenever an employee's details are updated in BambooHR, the matching user is updated in CMap, so employee information is maintained in one place and always current everywhere.

Note: Employees are matched to CMap users by an exact match on work email, so emails must be identical in both systems—if an email address change is part of the update, update it in CMap first so the match succeeds. You can also map any of your BambooHR custom fields to CMap fields in the Update User step.
