Worried about missing a meeting? This integration will erase your fears. After you set it up, whenever a SuperSaaS appointment is about to begin, this Zap will send the attendees a reminder in the form of a join.me invite.

The appointment creator in SuperSaaS will receive an email from join.me with a direct link to the online meeting room. That way they can join the meeting just moments before it begins without the need to manually create a session in join.me.

*Note: When you activate this Zap, the reminders will be sent through join.me as an invitation mail and the email reminders from SuperSaaS will be switched off. You could set up a second reminder if you want an email reminder from SuperSaaS to be sent at a different time.

How this join.me-SuperSaas integration works

1. SuperSaaS reminder email is intercepted and sent as a webhook to Zapier
2. Zapier creates a meeting in join.me and sends the invite to the attendees
