* You must be prepared to add a **delay step** to your Zap
* You'll need to either:
  * Design a recursive status check flow, or
  * Leave enough time for the upload to complete before checking status

**Important:** Messages can only be sent with media that has been successfully uploaded and whose upload job status is `COMPLETE`.

In the Media field, you can provide download URLs or media IDs coming from **Create Media Upload Job** action. 

**Important notes:**

- URLs must use HTTPS protocol
- You cannot attach images and videos together in the same post
- Supported media types: video/mp4, image/gif, image/jpeg, image/jpg, and image/png
- Media URLs must be directly downloadable (no expiration or authentication required)
- For larger files or in case you have timeout issues we recommend using the **Create Media Upload Job** in combination with **Get Media Upload Job Status**)
