When you update a form, Facebook assigns a new form ID. You must reselect it from the dropdown menu.

Select the Facebook Page connected to your lead form. If you cannot see your form, find the [Facebook Page ID](https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588) and set it as a [custom value](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241696141-Add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-Zaps).

Select the form associated with your Facebook Page. If you select “Default (Any Form)” you must grant [sufficient permissions](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496040397965-What-permissions-do-I-need-to-use-Facebook-Lead-Ads-with-Zapier) to all forms associated with the Facebook Page.

**Note:** Certain words cannot be used as a Custom Field name. For more info, add **`id`** as a Custom Field name.

Enter the keyword for the Group. This field is limited to 20-characters. You can leave it blank to let the system automatically choose the keyword based on the name.

This lets anyone join the Group by texting the Group's keyword to your SendHub number.

Enter **phone number**(s) or **SendHub Contact ID**(s) that you want to send to.


**Note:** You can add up to 25 *individual* Contacts. If you want to send to more, either use groups or send the messages individually.

**Important:** Make sure you [understand how messages are segmented](https://sendhub.force.com/support/s/article/how-am-i-billed-for-long-messages). Remember to add "Text STOP to End" at the end of your message as a best practice. It's mandatory when sending to 25 or more recipients at one time.
