The item or service to be booked. This will be compared with the Booking Items in your Back Office and will use an existing booking item if a match is found. If a match cannot be found, a new Booking Item will be created. Limited to 40 characters.

Enter the date and time the booking is created. If this field is left blank, the Created Date and Time will be set to the date and time that the Zap occurs.

Pick the customer's title from the drop down, or select the title from the trigger fields.

Enter the name of the product as it will appear on the till and in reports. Limited to 28 characters

This will be compared with the Categories in your Back Office and will use an existing Category if a match is found. If a match cannot be found, a new Category will be created. Limited to 50 characters

Enter the selling price of the product, if it is a takeaway or eat out product. (If this product is not a takeaway or eat out product, the Eat Out Price should be the same as the Sale Price)

Enter the Tax Rate for the product. If the Tax Rate does not already exist in your back office, it will be created. 

Enter the Eat Out Tax Rate of your product. If the Eat Out Tax Rate does not already exist in your back office, it will be created.

Enter the Cost Price Tax Rate. If the Cost Price Tax Rate does not already exist in your back office, it will be created. 

Select whether this product will appear on the till. Defaults to "No" if left blank.
