Delivery can be delayed (pushed out automatically on large lists) or routed into manual review before anything goes out (large recipient counts, a schedule that lands on a Sunday, or a message variation that is not GSM-encodable). For immediate single-recipient delivery, use Send SMS instead.

Finds sent messages within a date range (max 30 days), newest first. Different mode of the same endpoint the SMS Sent trigger polls - this one takes an explicit Start/End range and offset paging instead of a cursor.
