When this integration runs, the business can sell a product on their website, which triggers the BigCommerce Event, which in turn creates the SuiteDash action of creating a new Client, which will then, depending on the way things are configured on the SuiteDash side, grant access to the Client Portal where these resources & assets can be accessed, downloaded or viewed.

The user's flow is automated after the checkout because the Zap enables the automatic creation of the Client on the SuiteDash side, which then triggers a welcome email that will grant them access to the desired resources/assets.
