Getting to Know the Team: Celebrating Cooksey's 250th Day at Zapier

This month Zapier hit a mini-milestone: 250 supported services. Coincidentally, that is the same number of days since I joined the Zapier team. As I've never formally introduced myself, a quick bio is in order.

I'm Brian Cooksey (or just Cooksey as I'm called around our virtual office). I'm a software geek with years of experience doing all things web dev. Midwest born and raised, I graduated from Mizzou and have yet to find a compelling reason to leave Columbia.

My primary focus at Zapier is our developer platform, the gateway for web services to add themselves to our app automation platform. Over the past couple of months, I've taken it under my wing and am giving it the TLC it deserves. The dev platform has been a great success so far and I'm excited to build upon that effort.

When the power light on my laptop dims, I'm likely spending time with my wife and kids. If a little bit of me-time magically appears, I also enjoy soccer, brewing beer, and gaming.

Glad to be on board!
