Create monthly contractor invoice with monthly rate and expenses to be reimbursed

When I confirm my expenses for the month, automatically create a new invoice with line items for my monthly rate and a summary of my expenses. Attach the invoice to a draft email, ready to send.

How this integration works

1. A monthly expense report is confirmed in Expensify.
2. Zapier Formatter gets the current month e.g. June, 2016.
3. Zapier Code creates line items for your monthly fee and a summary of your expenses.
4. A invoice is created in Invoice Ninja with your line items.
5. A draft email is created with a PDF of the invoice attached.
