Instantly alert on-call engineers to critical incidents

When your systems go down, every second counts. You need to reach the right person immediately—not wait for them to check their email or Slack. This Zap automatically calls your on-call engineer the moment PagerDuty registers a critical incident, delivering a clear voice summary of what's wrong so they can start troubleshooting right away.

When a critical new or updated incident appears in PagerDuty, the Zap finds the current on-call engineer in your Zapier Tables rotation. Then Telnyx dials the engineer's number and delivers a spoken alert with the incident title, affected services, and AI-generated summary—ensuring they have the critical details before they even reach their computer.

Note: You'll need to set up your on-call rotation in Zapier Tables with engineer names and phone numbers, and configure Telnyx with your phone service credentials.
