この60分のワークショップでは、AIパーソナルコーディネーターを構築します。Slackメッセージに反応すると、そのリクエストはカレンダー上の実際のタスクとなり、実際に空いている時間にスケジュールされます。会話の要約と元のスレッドへのリンクも表示されます。
今回は、Zapierの顧客であるケニー・テイバー氏が、RevOps、サポート、ITなどのチームが大規模に運用している、この種のワークフローのチームレベル版を紹介します。このワークフローでは、同僚や顧客からのリクエストが様々なシステムの中で埋もれてしまうのではなく、整理された作業へと変換されます。個人用バージョンを作成することで、そこで得た学びを活かして、同じ形状のチーム用バージョンに取り組むことができます。

A Slack trigger on the reaction/emoji you choose
An AI step that reads the message and turns it into a clear, specific task
A calendar lookup that finds open time on tomorrow's calendar
A calendar block with a link straight back to the Slack thread
You don't need to be technical, you just need a Zapier account and Slack and your calendar app authenticated.
Don't have Slack authenticated in Zapier? Before you join, do this first:
Two things need to be connected before we start, and one of them might need your Slack admin. Sort this out this week, not on the day.
Zapier added to your Slack workspace. Most workspaces let any member add an app. Some require admin approval, and some block it. Check early.
Slack and Google Calendar connected to your Zapier account.
To add Zapier to Slack: in Slack, click Agents & tools in the sidebar (or Tools), open Apps, search for Zapier, click Add, then Add to Slack. If your workspace requires approval you'll get a request option instead. Send that request now, because approvals can sit for days.
To connect both apps in Zapier: open your Apps page in Zapier, click + Add connection, add Slack, then do the same for Google Calendar.
