If you believe that only recordings longer than ten minutes should activate Zapier automation, you can set it to '10'. This will prevent unintended recordings from being synchronized. Set it to '0' means any new recording would tigger the automation.

If you think only recordings with transcripts should trigger Zapier automation, you can set it to 'true'. 
If you want to trigger the automation even if the transcript is empty, you can set it to 'false'.

If you think only recordings with AI Notes content should trigger Zapier automation, you can set it to 'true'. This will help avoid syncing unintentional recordings.

If you need to sync an audio file in the Zapier Action step, you can set it to 'true', like syncing a recording to Google Drive. If you don't need to sync an audio file, we recommend setting it to 'false'.

This configuration is only available for workspace owners. If you are a workspace owner and you want any eligible recording to trigger the Zapier automation, you can set it to 'Anyone in the workspace'. If you are not the workspace owner and you only want the automation to be used for your own recordings, you may set it to 'Myself'. Please note that if you are not the workspace owner and you set it to 'Anyone in the workspace', the automation will not be triggered.

Select the workspace where you would like these recordings and transcripts to be saved; only workspaces on the business and enterprise plans are available for selection.

Set to true if you want the bot to record the screen.
