Rather than waiting for a one-time import of spreadsheet data into Mailchimp, use Zapier to start automatically adding new spreadsheet updates to your list. Once you set up this Google Sheets-Mailchimp integration, updated rows from that point forward are individually added as subscribers.
Note: This Zapier integration doesn't import existing spreadsheet rows into Mailchimp—only updated rows after you've set it up. You will need a Google Sheet with at least one column containing a column heading and a list of one or more email addresses
