    • DepartmentRequired

      Select appropriate Department.

    • Email AddressRequired

      Ticket creator identifier - can be userid or email of an existing agent or customer.

    • SubjectRequired

      Enter subject of message.

    • Recipient EmailRequired

      Enter Recipient email address.

    • MessageRequired

      Enter Message body.

    • Recipient Name

      Enter Recipient name in format "Firstname Lastname".

    • CC Email Address

      Enter another recipients emails separated by comma.

    • Conversation Status

      Status of created conversation. If not set, conversation status will be "N" - new.

    • Mail Messsage ID

      Enter Mail message id. If specified, all reply emails which will have given mail message id in in-reply-to header will be assigned to this conversation.

    • Do Not Send Mails

      Disable sending a mail to customer.

    • Is Html Message

      Set this to Y is the message text is formatted in html.

    • Email AddressRequired

      Enter customer email address.

    • Group NameRequired

      Enter group name.
