Add Google Calendar events for new Google Contacts

If you're networking, you'll want to schedule follow-ups with new contacts, or maybe you just need to remember when you met people. This Google Contacts-Google Calendar integration will do all the work so you can focus on the relationships. Every new contact you add on Google Contacts will trigger this Zap once it's active, and Zapier will create a new event on Google Calendar in response to match everyone you meet from then on.

Note: this event is set to start at the contact creation time and end 1 hour later by default, but can be customized. Learn about more about modifying dates and times with Zapier.

How It Works

  1. A new contact is added on Google Contacts
  2. Zapier automation creates a new detailed event on Google Calendar
