    Keeping a record of your work hours on Google? If you're already logging them on Tick, simply activate this Zap and we'll send everything over, creating a new row on Google Sheets for every new time entry you add on Tick afterwards.

  • Log Google Calendar meetings as Tick time entries

    Rather than manually creating time entries for each of your meetings at the end of the day, use Zapier to automatically capture your meetings and create Tick time entries for you. Once you set up this Tick integration, calendar events containing the word "meeting" will trigger new time entries with the correct duration. The notes field for the time entry will be populated with the meeting title and description. Time entries will be logged to the Client, Project and Task of your choosing.

    Note: This Zapier integration doesn't create time entries for past meetings, only new meetings after you've set it up.

    Rather than manually creating time entries for each of your vacation days, use Zapier to automatically capture your vacation and create Tick time entries for you. Once you set up this Tick integration, calendar events containing the word "vacation" (or any other word you want) will trigger new time entry for 8 hours of vacation within Tick. The notes field for the time entry will be populated with the event title and description. Time entries will be logged to the Client, Project and Task of your choosing, so can be sure your tracking is always accurate.
