Connecting your help desk to your project management app can help your team communicate more effectively. If you wish to use Paymo in conjunction with Zendesk, you will be able to import tickets and track them as regular tasks in Paymo by using Zapier.
Note: This Zapier integration doesn't import existing Zendesk tickets, only new tickets will be imported.
