Properties
Events can contain any number of specific properties. Events displayed in Kayako user timelines can be expanded to reveal their properties. Properties are used to copy important information about an event to Kayako. For example, if you are adding a checkout failure event to a Kayako user's timeline, you may wish to store the checkout error code and basket value as properties.
Priority
Also known as weight. A value between 0.0 and 1.0. The weight can be used to determine the importance of an activity. We recommend giving common events (where knowing that they happened does not add much value to a customer profile) a lower priority, like 0.1, and giving more significant events (such as a checkout failure, a new reply or a new purchase) a higher priority, such as 0.8. Kayako will use these priorities to intelligently determine what to surface to your team when they have a conversation with your customers.
Url
You can specify a URL for the event. When Kayako displays this event on a user's timeline, clicking on the title of the event will take you to this URL. Useful, for example, if you want to link the event to a new thing that was created in another app or system, such as a Salesforce opportunity or a new Trello card.
Icon URL
You can specify the URL to a square icon. Kayako will use this icon next to the event when displaying the event in user timelines.
