Create or update Intercom users from new emails

If you're having lots of interactions with your customers via direct email, you might be looking for a way to add this history to your Intercom installation. This Zap will take care of that for you once you set it up - every time you receive a new email at the custom address provided to you by Zapier, a user will automatically be updated (or created if there is no match for their email), keeping all their history in a single place.

Note: this integration uses Zapier's native email service. If you want to use your existing email account to trigger notifications, try Zaps with email apps such as Gmail, Mailgun, SMTP or Mandrill.

  2. Zapier automatically creates or updates a user on Intercom
