In addition to the Statement, this U.S. States Supplemental Notice (“States Notice”) provides supplementary terms to residents of California, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (“Privacy States”) for purposes of complying with the applicable privacy laws of the Privacy States (“State Privacy Laws”). In addition to the Statement, this States Notice explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information of residents of the Privacy States who use our Sites and Services. If you are a resident of one of the Privacy States, the State Privacy Laws applicable to you provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. The rights outlined in this section do not apply to information exempted under the applicable State Privacy Laws, including aggregated data, applicant information, or business-to-business communications about products or services. We do not sell personal information to any third party.
With respect to the information that our customers collect or process using our Services, we collect and process personal information as a “service provider” as defined in the applicable State Privacy Law. When we collect information for our own purposes, like when you visit our Site, when you interact with our marketing, or if you become our customer, we are not acting as a service provider. We make this distinction because our legal obligations with respect to your information are different when we act as a service provider.
Certain State Privacy Laws require us to provide you with the following additional information about: (1) the purpose for which we use each category of “personal information” (as defined in the applicable State Privacy Laws) we collect; and (2) the categories of third parties to which we (a) disclose such personal information for a business purpose, (b) “share” personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising,” and/or (c) “sell” such personal information.

The following section applies to residents of California.
Our use of third-party online advertising services, which are described in detail in the Statement, may result in the disclosure of online identifiers (e.g., cookie data, IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage information) in a way that could be considered a “sale” or "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). You have the right to opt out of our sale/sharing of your personal information for purposes of online analytics and advertising by clicking on the "Do Not Sell or Share My Info" link on our website footer.
California residents may exercise CCPA rights by logging into their account within the Services or by contacting us as indicated in the Contact Zapier section in the Statement. Your rights may only be exercised by you or by your designated agent. You may submit a CCPA request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request must include enough information to allow us to:
reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include: (1) verifying your account information if you have an account within the Service, or (2) requesting two forms of identification that are reliable for verification purposes unless the request includes sensitive information and, in which case, we may require three forms of verification and a signed declaration; and
properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. If we cannot verify your identity or authority, we will not fulfill your request. We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.
