Automatically create invoices in Xero from costs in your Schedule It events. After you set up this integration, you can send event costs from Schedule It into Xero and a new Xero invoice is created. You can create a tag in Schedule It called 'Send to Zero' then when an event is tagged with this, it can trigger the integration.
