This integration creates an invoice in QuickBooks when a user creates an appointment on your SuperSaaS schedule. That gives you a simple way to automatically invoice your clients for the time you spend with them.
Before setting up this integration, be sure to have Zapier automatically create new customers in QuickBooks so QuickBooks will have the data it needs to create your invoices.
Note: an update to an appointment does not automatically change the invoice
