Create new Xero invoices from parsed emails by Zapier

The copy-and-paste routine feels easy at first, but i can be a serious time suck. Use this Zapier integration to automatically pull out relevant payment and reciept information buried in the auto-generated notification emails you receive and create new invoices in Xero.

How It Works

  1. After setting up a template, a new email is sent to a designated mailbox in Zapier Email Parser
  2. Zapier creates a new invoice in Xero

What You Need

  • Zapier Email Parser account. You'll need to create a basic template to let Zapier know which information to extract from incoming emails.
  • Xero account with permission to read/write invoices
