Common Problems with Docparser on Zapier
I've uploaded a file, but Docparser says the document type isn't supported#
Docparser only works with PDF, PNG, JPG, and TIFF files, so be sure you're selecting an appropriate file object to pass into it. Please note you'll want to select a file object, not the file's name, from your Trigger or Action, like this:
I'm parsing tabular data with Docparser but Zapier won't access me each row independently#
The Docparser Zapier app provides two ways of accessing your parsed data. The default option will pull all data of a parsed document at once. If you prefer to access each parsed table row individually you can switch the Trigger to 'Parsed Table Row Available'.
