If you want to send ad-hoc emails to your Salesforce contacts using Gmail, you can use Zapier to automatically start adding new Salesforce contacts to Google Contacts as they are created. You can optionally specify a contact group in Google Contacts to separately identify these contacts in Gmail.

Once you set up this Salesforce Google Contacts integration, new Salesforce contacts created from that point forward are individually added to Google Contacts as new contacts.

Note: This Zapier integration doesn't import existing Salesforce contacts into Google Contacts, only new contacts after you've set it up.

How It Works

  1. A new Salesforce contact is created.
  2. Zapier adds that data to Google Contacts as a new contact.
