Create responses in Delighted from new Google Sheets rows
This workflow will trigger following a new spreadsheet row in Google Sheets. Once a new row is created, this automation searches for an active person in Delighted (creating one if they don't exist). The automation will then create a new response in Delighted based on the data captured in Google Sheets.

Finds a Person record in your Delighted instance. Not required if you're adding a person using the "Add Person" Action.

Creates a response in Delighted. This should only be used if programmatically adding responses to Delighted (ex. using our Add Person + Add Response Zaps). Otherwise, use our "Send Email Survey" or "Send SMS Survey" Actions to dispatch a survey. Adding responses requires a person ID and score at minimum.
