Do you ever need your customer to securely attach a file to an existing Salesforce Service Cloud case? This Zapier automation allows you to add a new case comment that includes a direct link to files that are uploaded to your SendSafely Dropzone. When uploading files, the user will be asked to provide their existing case number or you can provide a pre-filled case number within a link to your Dropzone. Once the files are uploaded, a comment will be added to the Salesforce case notifying your agents of the newly uploaded files.
