What GoToMeeting Triggers and Actions are Supported?

Supported Triggers#

  • New Meeting - Triggers when a new meeting is created in your account.

Supported Actions#

  • Create Meeting - Creates a scheduled meeting in your account.

How to Get Started with GoToMeeting on Zapier

To get started with GoToMeeting, first click to add a GoToMeeting account in your Zap.

Click to add a GoToMeeting account

Next, you'll name this GoToMeeting account.

Name the GoToMeeting account inside Zapier

You should then get a pop-up window from GoToMeeting asking you to log-in to authorize the connection between that GoToMeeting account and Zapier.

Log in to authorize your GoToMeeting account

After logging in, you'll get sent back to your zap where you now have your GoToMeeting account connected!

Common Problems with GoToMeeting

400 (bad request) - "Create Meeting" Action#

If you are running into the above error (especially when you're testing your Zap) please make sure you're not trying to create a meeting in the past which is not possible. If that doesn't seem to be the case, please get in touch and we'll be happy to take a closer look.
