After a webinar, we need to act fast to process the recording and send it to the right teams for editing and uploading to our website for on-demand access. We built this bot to eliminate the manual work and automatically deliver the files to the right people as soon as they’re ready.

How it works

When:

A new webinar recording is available in Zoom.

Then:

  1. Filter out any test webinars.

  2. Upload the file to Google Drive.

  3. Send a Slack message tagging relevant stakeholders with the folder link.
