Overview
Our content marketing team receives requests for support from across the company, and it’s hard to keep track of everything—from notifications that a request is in to assigning the request out. We built this Zap to send information to Slack whenever a new request is filed in Asana so our team and the requester can follow along.

How it works
When an Asana form is filled out:
Filter the form for which team is responsible.
Split into paths based on the need and assign to the correct person, if possible.
Post the request in Slack and tag the requester and the person assigned to the task. If the task needs to be triaged, tag the team lead instead. Then, in the thread, post all the relevant details
