Overview
We receive requests for support from across the company, and it’s hard to keep track of everything—from notifications that a request is in to assigning the request out. We built this Zap to send information to Slack whenever a new request is filed in Asana so our team and the requester can follow along.

How it works
When an Asana form is filled out:
Filter (for team - content or video)
Paths (split for app removal and all other types)
Path 1:
If app removal: Assign to a specific person in Asana, then create a digest, then post digest to Slack thread.
If not app removal: Second path split on content ops support and everything else.
Path 2:
If content ops: Assign task in Asana to Janine, then find requester by email in Slack, post initial alert of new request, then post more details in the thread.
If not content ops task: Find requester by email in Slack, post initial alert, then post more details in the thread.
