Remembering feedback and ideas throughout the year for our annual conference is challenging, so we built a Zap that takes a Slack message, summarizes it, and logs it in our Coda table as feedback to revisit during retros.

How it works

When the ZapConnect Feedback emoji is used on a Slack message, summarize the feedback using OpenAI, format the date, and send the feedback to a table in Coda.

Below I’ll be giving you the text from a Slack thread that I’ve marked as feedback to log for our user conference. Please read the Slack message text and infer what the summary of the feedback is and give me a brief bit of text that should go on a list as the summary of that feedback. Do not put intro text into the response like “Feedback is.” Get right to the title itself.
