To get started with Real Geeks on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your Real Geeks account to use with your Zap

You’ll now be asked to log into your Real Geeks account (unless you are already logged in)

If all steps were successful your Real Geeks account will now be successfully connected.

I can authenticate but I get errors when I try to create leads#

If you are getting nondescript errors in your Task History when you try to create leads, the first thing to do is to check your role for your site. To create leads through the Real Geeks API, you will need to have the role of Owner or Admin for the site.

If you are an Agent for your site, Real Geeks recommends having your site Owner connect their account to Zapier for you. You can set yourself as the Agent (assignee) for your leads within your Zap.
