Placeholder Fields
Use the Placeholder Fields to populate custom content in the contracts - such as amounts, addresses, dates.
You can set up Placeholder Fields by clicking the {{Placeholder}} button in the eSignatures.io template editor. Once set up, you can provide the custom content for each api key when sending the contract. Note: when setting up the Zap don't include the {{ }} brackets around the Placeholder field names.
Assigned User
The email address of your user in eSignatures.io who should be assigned to the contract and who should receive email notifications.
Contract Title
The unique title for the contracts that appears in the documents, emails, dashboard pages.
Language
Locale/language of the signers.
Metadata
Your custom information to be returned in every trigger/webhook. Eg: It can store your own Record ID or the Record ID from an other app.
Sender Company Name
The company name to be used in emails and documents for the given contract.
Signer Field Default Values
Use the Signer Fields to pre-populate the input fields for the signers.
First set up an Input Field by clicking the "Text input", "Dropdown" or "Checkbox" button in the eSignatures.io template editor and specify the "Signer field ID" in the panel at the right hand side. Once set up, you can pre-populate the field when sending the contract. (Checkboxes can be ticked by providing the value of '1').

You can set up Custom Fields by clicking the {{Custom field}} button in the eSignatures.io template editor. Once set up, you can provide the custom content for each api key when sending the contract.
