Overview

My team often forgets to block their calendar when they’re out of office (OOO), or blocks their calendar last minute (after they have meetings scheduled).

Solution

Automatically block the calendar for OOO days, and avoid forgetting or having meetings scheduled for those days.

How It Works

• When time off is created in BambooHR →

• Then create a detailed event in Google Calendar, and send a direct message in Slack.
