A webhook is sent from my bookkeeping app (Zoho Books) which triggers Thanks.io to send the notecard. Easy peasy. Should work with most invoicing apps that Zapier already supports! This simple Zap elevates my customer experience by sending them a real, physical, and \\PERSONALIZED\\ notecard when I invoice them. Feels like magic!
