Overview
Requests come in from all channels, and if they aren’t recorded, it’s easy for them to get lost in the shuffle. This bot encourages folks to follow the process so we can address their challenge in a timely, and trackable, manner. And for folks who don’t regularly work with your team, it takes away the worry of not knowing how to get help.
Why we built it

✔️ No request gets lost in the shuffle.
How it works
When: A Slack message comes into the #revenue-operations channel. Then:
Check if the note is from someone on the RevOps team.
Check if it mentions help, assistance, access, or other keywords.
If it does, respond to the thread with a note asking them to submit a form to have their request recorded.
