This workflow streamlines how online test or assessment results are shared. When a participant completes a test, the raw data is collected through ArcGIS (or any connected platform) and sent into Zapier. The workflow then reformats the results into a clean, easy-to-read HTML summary and automatically emails it to both the participant and their manager or supervisor. By automating result delivery, managers can easily track performance, participants receive instant feedback, and reporting becomes faster and more reliable. While we use it for online songbird identification testing, this workflow can be applied to any scenario where raw data is collected and needs to be shared through ArcGIS.
