Extract User Feedback from Zendesk Tickets for Archive and Action

When a new ticket is in a Zendesk view (such as Closed), send the ticket data to ChatGPT to see if there is any customer feedback in the ticket. If there is, go on to extract just the customer's feedback - excluding anything else like HTML or agent responses. Create an Engagement associated to the contact within HubSpot or your CRM of choice. Send the feedback to Productboard, or your insights management tool of choice. Finally, post the feedback to Slack so that the right teams can be notified about the customer feedback.
